OTOH, lack of mods lead to good places like Godawful fanfiction being overun with trolls when the admin's away and forgets to turn over the keys to someone else in his absence. I personally could deal with a bit of facism over not being able to hold a conversation.
That said, the board's small so I won't run out to get a whole bunch of folks in mod positions just yet.
